Where are classes held?
Classes are held at local conference room throughout the Northwest. We also hold classes at your place of business.
How do I register for a class?
You can register for any public course offering our website at www.RespondFirstMedicalTraining.com or by calling our customer service staff at (360) 481-5857 during business hours. If you are an employee of a facility that is contracted with RFMT and you have been issued a coupon code, you will need to register online and enter the coupon code. Contact our customer service staff for more information.
What are your business hours if I need to contact you?
Customer service staff can be reached at (360) 481-5857 Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm PST (excluding major holidays). Outside these hours you may leave a detailed secure voicemail. You can also contact our staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email at “firstname.lastname@example.org“.
Can I transfer my enrollment to another date?
If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you must contact RFMT at least 48 hours prior to the start of class by phone at (360) 481-5857 or by email at “email@example.com”. Our customer service staff will be happy to reschedule you to another course or issue a course credit. You cannot transfer your enrollment online.
My workplace gave me a coupon code. Where do I enter that?
If you have been issued a coupon code you will need to register on the website www.RespondFirstMedicalTraining.com. After you add the class you want to your cart, you can apply the coupon code during the checkout process. You can also contact RFMT customer service to assist you.
What if I have to cancel my enrollment in a class? Can I get a refund for a class I registered for and cannot attend?
RFMT does not offer refunds once your registration is complete. If you have a conflict that makes you unavailable to attend the course, you must contact RFMT 48 hours prior to the start of class. RFMT staff will be happy to move you to the next available course or issue a course credit. Course credits can only be applied to the same type of course and must be used within 90 days of the missed course. Course credits cannot be used by anyone other than the enrollee. Course credits may only be applied one time. Once a credit is applied the enrollee must attend that course.
If you are registered with a coupon code from your facility, you must notify customer service 48 hours prior to the start of the course if you will not be able to attend. If you fail to notify our staff that you cannot attend, your workplace may still be billed for your registration.
What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring all training materials for the course you are enrolled in. Courses requires bending/kneeling on carpet or other hard surface so comfortable clothing is advised. Accommodations can be made.
